i-Property for Real Estate Marketing and Investment was established in Alexandria, Egypt, in January of 2010. i-Property is owned and managed by Omar Akkad; a young professional who combined his skills and experiences to fill the void in professionalism, know-how, and product-mix. Today, i-Property, considers itself to be one of the leaders in its field with a focus on conducting deals not only in Alexandria, but also in Cairo and the North Coast. Moreover, i-Property, has brokerage agreements with some of the country's leading real-estate developers, such as SODIC, Palm Hills, NewGiza, Emaar Properties, Orascom Development, Hassan Allam Properties, and Bianchi (North Coast).
